At least one author must be registered by May 16, 2016 at a regular (non-student and non-life member) rate. Failure to register before the deadline will result in withdrawal of the paper from the conference program and the proceedings.
One full author registration can cover up to 3 papers.
Each paper must be presented by an author. Note that papers which are not presented at the conference will be excluded from the official proceedings and will not appear on IEEE Xplore. It is therefore very important that at least one author of this paper attend the conference to present the work.
Registration includes:
Tutorials on Sunday, 10th July, 2016 (pre-registration indicating the preference for a specific tutorial required).
All technical sessions will be
organized from Monday to Wednesday.
Coffee breaks from Sunday to Wednesday.
One copy of the electronic proceedings (memory stick).
Welcome reception on Monday, 11th July, 2016 evening.
IEEE membership and student fees:
Participants applying for the IEEE or IEEE SPS membership fee must provide their membership number. Otherwise will not be accepted.
Student registration will only be accepted after proof of student status (i.e. certification card, letter endorsed by a supervisor or head of department, ...) is sent to delamare@cetuc.puc-rio.br.

Payment process:
Payment must be made by credit card.
Payment must be done at the same time the registration form is filled on-line. Once the payment is received, the technical secretariat will send a confirmation letter together with an invoice, both by email. You are kindly requested to check this invoice carefully in order to confirm that all items requested and paid for are included.
Policies:
Presenting authors, co-authors, committee members and session chairs are not exempt from paying registration fees.
You must be an IEEE/SPS Member at the time of registration to receive the IEEE/SPS Member discount. Please visit http://www.ieee.org/join for details.
Registration payments must be received before the registration deadline for a certain discounted rate to be applied; if payment is not received before the deadline, the next higher rate will be actually applied.
Each attendee must register separately.
1-day conference registration fees are not available.
All invoices will be sent in electronic format only.
Registration process instructions
Registration cancellation:
Registration fees will be refunded only if cancellation is received in writing to delamare@cetuc.puc-rio.br before 16th May, 2016. Cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee of US$ 100. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the above date. Please allow a few weeks for a refund to be provided, if you are eligible for a refund.
